How cancellation charges are calculated
Charges depend on the date we receive a written cancellation, the travel date and amounts already committed to suppliers. Peak-season bookings, special events, wildlife permits, flights, trains and selected hotels may be partly or fully non-refundable.
Changes and no-shows
Date changes remain subject to availability and supplier rules. A traveller who does not report for a confirmed service may be treated as a no-show, and unused services are not automatically refundable.
Refund processing
Where a refund is due, it is calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges and non-recoverable supplier payments. Processing begins after supplier reconciliation and is returned through an appropriate agreed method.
Requesting cancellation
Send the booking reference and request in writing to info@rajasthanvisits.com. Our team will acknowledge the request and provide the applicable calculation.
