Quotation and confirmation
A trip is confirmed only after the stated advance is received and written confirmation is issued. Prices depend on availability, travel dates, traveller count, hotel category, vehicle and listed inclusions.
Itinerary and suppliers
Hotels, transport and activities may be supplied by independent partners. Equivalent alternatives or reasonable itinerary changes may be required because of availability, weather, road conditions, government restrictions or operational circumstances.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must provide accurate details, carry valid identification and arrive at agreed reporting times. Personal expenses, monument fees, meals or services not listed as included remain payable by the traveller.
Payments and disputes
The payment schedule and accepted method appear in the quotation. Any concern should be reported promptly so the team has an opportunity to assist during the trip. These terms should be read together with the cancellation and privacy policies.
